The terms, plainly

  • 25% recurring commission through December 31, 2026, then 15% from January 1, 2027 onward, on eligible subscription payments from users you refer, calculated on the amount received and settled in USD by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are collected by Apple and do not reach Stripe, so they do not generate commissions.
  • Commissions stay pending for 30 days to cover refunds and chargebacks, then become owed if the payment stands.
  • Your dashboard shows clicks, sign-ups, conversions, owed balances, and your commission ledger.
  • Payout setup uses Stripe Connect. Stripe collects banking, identity, and tax details; Litigent does not see your bank account.
